Orthopedic Urgent Care
At Beach Orthopaedic Specialty Institute, we’re proud to offer Urgent Care services. While this is not a walk-in clinic, it is a same-day office visit for new or established patients who require urgent care. So if you’re looking for urgent care for shoulder pain in Long Beach or urgent care for a knee injury in Orange County, you’re in luck, as Beach Orthopaedics will be able to accommodate you right away!
From years of experience, we know patients often live with knee, hip, elbow, and shoulder pain for months and wake up one day no longer able to tolerate the pain. They may call an orthopedic office for an appointment, only to find a two-, three-, or four-week wait for an appointment. There are also those unexpected incidents—including weekend sports injuries, slip and falls, and accidents at home—that require Urgent Care.
Beach Orthopaedics is now able to offer same-day appointments. An Orthopaedic provider will see and evaluate patients providing x-rays, injections, casts, splints, orders for additional testing, options for pain relief, and other services as may be needed.

X-rays
Know what’s actually happened; don’t guess. Our providers will take care of you so you know exactly what’s going on with any sprains, fractures, or breaks.
Injections
If you’re suffering from pain, an injection may be able to help. Injections in the joints like the knees can aid with lubrication and pain relief.
Casts
If you need a cast for a fracture or break, our Urgent Care will be happy to take care of you.
Splints
We can also provide splints for fractured and/or injured bones and joints.
Orders for Further Tests
If you need orders for further tests (i.e. MRI), our Urgent Care can get those for you quickly and efficiently.
Options for Pain Relief
If you’re dealing with pain, our Urgent Care can help get you the relief you need.

Hours of Operation: Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm (closed from 12:00 noon to 1:00pm).
