I am a very active person and have been exercising religiously for 40 years. When you wake up one day and find you suddenly cannot walk 10 feet, in constant pain, it is pretty scary! At an eye appointment one floor below, the Nurse saw my pain and gave me the name of Doctor Bernbeck’s practice. They saw me immediately, which itself is a minor miracle. After trying Physical Therapy for six weeks, it was obvious my condition – spinal stenosis – was getting worse by the day. My first knee injury was in 1972, a torn ACL and MCL playing sports. Followed by 8 arthroscopic surgeries. I first saw Dr. Woodson in 2015 in absolute desperation, and he recommended a total knee replacement. I was terrified. However the surgery was necessary and I have a very physically demanding job. I thought I was done professionally.
I couldn’t possibly be more pleased with the results, 100% recovery and increase in quality of life. To the point of having my second knee done in 2017. All it did was completely change my life, and give me my life back after 43 years.

Dr. Arshi performed my two hip surgeries in August and December of 2024. I felt comfortable when I first met him that I would be in good hands, but now I know I was in excellent hands. He has me walking pain free from being bone on bone and he made my legs even again. His concern and availability for my well being has been with me every step of the way, no pun intended. His “bedside manner” is outstanding and he truly cares about his patients. He is also a good and kind man. I highly recommend him.

It’s my nature to be in my head, so much so of late, that I forgot to thank you properly! I believe living outside my head will be easier now that your expertise has put me back in working order. I saw Dr. Arshi yesterday for the first time. Last year, I took my mom to check her knee which she had replaced in 2003. We were both extremely happy with the visit. All good with mom who turned 90 in May. I got both hips and knees checked due to arthritis and previous arthroscopic surgeries both hips and patella fractures both knees. All went great and took his time answering all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Arshi. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, caring for patients and takes his time. Did not feel rushed at all. He is definitely my go to orthopedic doctor moving forward.
